After five days in the woods, eating oatmeal, macaroni & cheese, Ramen noodles, & Slim Jims, my son Tommy and I emerged from the Smokies with a serous appetite for some excellent New York Style Pizza.  Fortunately, in the town of Bryson City, right there on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, sits the very best Pizza place in North Carolina, and certainly one of the best in the

So we ordered an Extra-Large (18″) cheese pie and we dug in.  It was perfect and all we could ask for as the perfect end to a most excellent camping adventure.
